Glass roof
Toughened safety glass, 8 or 10 mm. The most daylight, the best look, and the option that still looks clear in year ten.
Polycarbonate roof
Sixteen millimetre multiwall polycarbonate. Lighter, warmer, and quieter under heavy rain than most people expect.
Side screens
Fixed glass, sliding panels or a solid end. Cuts the wind coming down the side of the house, which is usually the thing that stops people sitting out.
Integrated lighting
LED strips run inside the beams and wire back to a switch or a remote. Nothing hangs off the frame and nothing is visible in daylight.
