Last updated: 21 August 2026

Who we are

Leno Supply Limited, Unit 16 East Coast Business Park, Drogheda, Co. Louth, A92HX63, Ireland. Company registration number 765867. We run the website lenopergola.ie. In this policy “we”, “us” and “our” mean Leno Supply Limited.

We are the data controller for the personal data described below. If you have a question about any of it, write to [email protected] or to the address above.

What we collect

Information you give us

Your name, email address, phone number, the address of the property you want surveyed, and whatever you write in a message or a survey request. If you go ahead with an order we also hold the details of that order and your payment records.

Information collected automatically

Your IP address, browser type and version, device type, the pages you looked at, the site you arrived from, and how long you stayed. This comes from cookies and similar technology. Our Cookie policy sets out exactly which ones and how to turn them off.

Information from other people

Occasionally a builder, architect or supplier passes us an enquiry on your behalf. In that case we hold whatever they gave us.

We do not ask for special category data such as health, religion or political opinion, and we do not want it. Please do not send it to us.

How long we keep it

  • Enquiries that do not become orders: 24 months from your last contact with us.
  • Customer and order records: 7 years from the end of the tax year they relate to, as Irish tax law requires.
  • Warranty records: the length of the warranty plus 2 years.
  • Marketing consent: until you withdraw it.
  • Website analytics: Google Analytics keeps user and event level data for 2 months, which is the Google default. Google keeps its own aggregated reports for longer.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data and we do not pass it to anyone for their own marketing. We share it only with:

  • our own installation team, and a named subcontractor where a particular job needs one;
  • Hostinger, which provides both our website hosting and our email;
  • Google, where you have accepted analytics cookies, so that we can see which pages are actually used;
  • our accountants, and where necessary our insurers or legal advisers;
  • Humm, if you choose to apply for finance. Humm decides how it uses your data itself and applies its own privacy policy;
  • a public authority, where the law obliges us to.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens the transfer is covered either by an adequacy decision of the European Commission or by the Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, send it to another provider, or stop using it where we rely on legitimate interest. Where we rely on your consent you can withdraw it at any time, and that does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.

Write to [email protected]. We answer within one month. There is no charge unless a request is clearly unfounded or excessive.

If our answer does not satisfy you, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission, 21 Fitzwilliam Square South, Dublin 2, D02 RD28, or through dataprotection.ie.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and access to enquiry and customer records is limited to the people who need it to do their job. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed completely secure, and we cannot promise otherwise.

Children

This site is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect data about anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

We update this page whenever what we do changes. The date at the top tells you when we last did.
