We are the data controller for the personal data described below. If you have a question about any of it, write to [email protected] or to the address above.
Your name, email address, phone number, the address of the property you want surveyed, and whatever you write in a message or a survey request. If you go ahead with an order we also hold the details of that order and your payment records.
Your IP address, browser type and version, device type, the pages you looked at, the site you arrived from, and how long you stayed. This comes from cookies and similar technology. Our Cookie policy sets out exactly which ones and how to turn them off.
Occasionally a builder, architect or supplier passes us an enquiry on your behalf. In that case we hold whatever they gave us.
We do not ask for special category data such as health, religion or political opinion, and we do not want it. Please do not send it to us.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, send it to another provider, or stop using it where we rely on legitimate interest. Where we rely on your consent you can withdraw it at any time, and that does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
